Call about thisCARY, NORTH CAROLINA
Licensed plumbers serving Cary and western Wake County. Leak detection, water heaters, drain cleaning, emergency repair, and 24 hour service, all from one team you can reach by phone.
Shut the main off first, then call. We will talk you through finding the valve.
TWO NUMBERS
In Cary's newer subdivisions, a rising bill is often the first and only symptom of a hidden leak under a slab or crawl space. Enter last month and this month and see what the jump means.
WHAT WE FIX
Cary is mostly newer, subdivision-built construction, so the calls here lean toward components and water quality rather than failing century-old pipe inside the walls.

Explosive growth, planned construction, and water drawn from a lake ten miles away.
Research Triangle Park opened in 1959 with Cary at about 3,400 residents; the town has since grown past 180,000. Whole neighborhoods were finished within months, so identical components reach the end of their service life together.
Cary's water comes from Jordan Lake, treated at the Cary/Apex facility, and runs moderately hard. Each spring the towns switch disinfectants for about six weeks, which some residents notice as a taste change.
Cary is humid subtropical most of the year, but a hard cold snap in January 2017 alone brought the Town roughly 20 frozen-pipe calls in a single day, plus a downtown water main break.
Development here preserved a lot of tree cover, and roots from pines and hardwoods still find their way into older clay sewer laterals near the original downtown.
NO FORMS, NO CALLBACK QUEUE
What you see, and your last two water bills if that is what prompted the call. That narrows things before a truck leaves.
A real arrival time. Emergencies go ahead of routine work, and we say so if yours can wait.
The plumber diagnoses on site and quotes before starting. Nothing begins without your go-ahead.

QUESTIONS
Yes. Work is performed by licensed and insured North Carolina plumbers, and license details are provided on request before any work begins.
A real person answers the line, day or night. No forms, and no callback queue for an active plumbing problem.
Cary itself, plus Raleigh, Apex, Morrisville, West Raleigh, and the Scotts Mill neighborhood near Apex. See our full areas page for details.
Price depends on the job, and no honest number can be given before someone sees it. The plumber diagnoses the problem, explains the options, and quotes the work before starting, so you are never surprised by the invoice.
Possibly. Cary's water, sourced from Jordan Lake, runs moderately hard by independent testing, which can lead to sediment buildup in a tank-style water heater over years. See our water heater repair page for more detail.
Tell us what is happening. You will reach a licensed plumber, not a form or a call center script.
